Freeform swimming pools are less common than geometric shapes, which only helps to emphasise this pool’s unique characteristics. It was of high importance to the clients that the design of their pool matched the grandeur of their home and the vast scale of the existing gardens. Places to sit and relax in the pool were incorporated into the design, and the generous 3m diameter spa has enough room for 10 adults to sit and soak up the ambience.

This was a complicated build for enkipools, as the swimming pool was constructed entirely above ground level and bedded into its foundations on bored piers. With no straight lines to be found anywhere, our tilers had their work cut out for them! At night, the swimming pool is a spectacular sight – the spa, a work of art.
