The owners of this McKinnon property wanted a modern, resort-style home, designed around an eye-catching pool and landscape. The brief called for a social space at the heart of the home, which would facilitate family fun and easy entertaining and make the homeowners feel as though they are on holiday every day.

Undoubtedly the centrepiece of the property, the pool was designed by the homeowners’ architect – Tribeca Group – and built by Enkipools. The home’s large glass doors and windows that look out onto the pool area not only provide easy access, but also blur the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces and allow views of the pool to be enjoyed from within the home.

With the clean, straight lines of the pool complementing the home’s architecture, the standout feature of the pool is the beautiful and luxurious fully tiled mosaic interior. The considered selection from the Bisazza range makes a statement through colour and texture to bring the space together seamlessly without overpowering it.

Two different yet equally stunning Bisazza mosaic mixes were selected for the interior of the pool and spa. The feature wall combines these two mosaic mixes to create a custom shading blend. Complemented by an elegant water feature, the raised wall is a sophisticated and elegant addition to the space.
